KQBOARDKQ Book

Privacy Policy

Last updated September 7, 2026.

KQ Book is built to need as little about you as possible. There is no email, no password, and no sign-up form — an account is a wallet address, proven by a signature.

What KQ Book collects

Your wallet address, once you sign in, so KQ Book can show your holdings, watches, and offers, and remember your tier. A display name, only if you set one. API keys you generate — KQ Book stores a one-way hash of the key, not the key itself, so even KQ Book cannot recover a lost key. Standard server logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) kept briefly for abuse and rate-limit enforcement, the same way most web servers do. Payments are watched on-chain at an address generated for your invoice — KQ Book never sees or asks for card, bank, or custodial-exchange details, because payment is a KAS transaction to a public address, not a form you fill in.

What KQ Book does not collect

No email address. No password. No private key or seed phrase — signing in only asks your wallet to sign a message, which proves control of the address and moves nothing. No third-party analytics or ad trackers today, and no advertising, on this site.

How it's used

Your address and display name are used to show you your own account, tier, and standing watches, and to alert you when one triggers. Server logs are used only to keep the site available and to enforce the rate limits described in the Terms of Service. KQ Book does not sell personal data to anyone, and does not share your wallet address with third parties except as required to detect and prevent abuse of the service.

Local storage

Your session token and theme preference are kept in your browser's local storage, not a cookie. Signing out or clearing site data removes them. Nothing is written to local storage from any wallet other than your own address and session.

Account deletion

Deleting your account removes your profile, display name, API keys, and sessions. It does not touch entitlements: a paid tier is tracked against your wallet address independently of your account profile, and runs to its natural expiration whether or not the account itself still exists, exactly as described in the Terms of Service.

Your rights

You can see everything KQ Book holds about your account from the Account page, and delete your account at any time from there. If you want something removed that isn't covered by the delete-account flow, reach out and it'll be handled directly.

Changes

This policy may be updated as the product changes. Material changes update the date above.
