What KQ Book is

KQ Book reads publicly available Kaspa blockchain data and publicly listed marketplace data, and presents it as pricing signals, watches, and history. It does not custody funds, does not hold your private keys, and cannot move anything out of your wallet. Signing in only proves you control an address by signing a message — it never asks for a seed phrase or private key, and no legitimate part of KQ Book ever will.

Accounts and wallets

An account is identified by a wallet address, proven by a signature, not by a password. You are responsible for your own wallet and its keys. If you lose access to your wallet, KQ Book has no way to recover your account, because it never held anything that could be handed back.

Paid tiers

Paid tiers (Book, Desk) are purchased with KAS sent to an invoice address generated for that purchase. Entitlements are recorded against your wallet address and run for the period paid, independent of your account profile — deleting your account does not cancel or forfeit time you've already paid for; it runs to its natural expiration. Invoices are not refundable once paid, since the entitlement they grant begins immediately.

Acceptable use

The Free tier is for browsing the site like any visitor. It is not a substitute for the metered API, and using automation to work around per-tier rate limits, scrape the site at a volume a person browsing it could not produce, or bulk-export data that sits behind a paid tier without paying for it, is a violation of these terms. KQ Book may rate-limit, throttle, suspend, or revoke access for any account or address it reasonably believes is doing this.

You may not resell, redistribute, or republish KQ Book's compiled data, archive, or API responses as your own product without a separate written agreement. Using the site or API to build a competing product from its output is not permitted.

No investment advice

Nothing on KQ Book is financial or investment advice. Pricing signals, payback periods, and drop-rate estimates are informational, derived from historical and on-chain data, and are not a guarantee of future results. You make your own decisions about what to buy, sell, or hold.

Data accuracy

KQ Book pulls from marketplace feeds and the Kaspa blockchain itself, and most figures are exact. A few, like which wallet ultimately holds a given NFT, are reconstructed from on-chain history and may be incomplete for wallets with very long transaction histories — pages that show this note say so plainly. KQ Book is not liable for decisions made on the basis of data that turns out to be incomplete or delayed.

Limitation of liability

KQ Book is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, KQ Book is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its use, including losses from market decisions, downtime, or data that was inaccurate or delayed.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the product changes. Material changes will update the date above. Continuing to use KQ Book after a change means you accept it.
